Lindsay Martin, MSPH
Co-Founder & Principal
Lindsay is a leader in healthcare improvement and innovation, dedicated to system-wide design for more than 20 years. Her work has ranged from:
creating improvement and innovation departments in health systems across the world;
overhauling healthcare provider processes;
developing systems to address the critical challenges at the county, state, and national levels including the Covid 19 pandemic, the opioid crisis, entry points to mental health care, and equitable access to education and healthcare services;
engaging employers, providers, and health plans to improve outcomes and decrease costs; and
designing quality strategies for Medicaid programs.
Lindsay believes seemingly intractable problems are simply problems that have not been evaluated with the right lens. Her approach involves dismantling problems and simplifying them to their core. Then she researches and maps out the best route to defined outcomes to make everyone’s lives exponentially easier.
