Leslie brings more than twenty years of experience partnering with clients to identify and adopt innovations that address intractable organizational challenges. Her work has included:

• Leading a national healthcare improvement movement across 4,000 health care facilities, improving patient care for over 3.3 million individuals by reducing hospital stay lengths, falls, and readmission rates;

• Directing initiatives to align employers, healthcare providers, and health plans around common cost reduction goals, resulting in improved healthcare delivery models;

• Championing a consumer movement to recognize end-of-life care preferences, reaching over 1 million individuals;

• Advising on the design and launch of a pioneering center for women's health, integrating clinical, educational, and research efforts across seven hospital departments: and

• Leading the selection, testing, and scale-up of healthcare innovations from international sources, with an 80% sustained engagement rate among participating systems.
